Where can I train with you?
I offer training at The Adirondack Club in Franklin, MA.
If in person training doesn’t work for you I do offer online training as well. You will get access to a training app to view workouts and receive support.
What will a training session look like?
For basketball training it usually includes 4 sections: warm up, skill isolation, skill integration, and competition. The warm up section will be to prep you for the workout. The skill isolation section will be to fully focus on a certain skill. The skill integration section will be to integrate this skill into game like situations. The competition section will be to fully compete in a live scenario and utilize this skill.
For strength and conditioning it usually includes 3 sections: warm up, plyometrics, and strength. The warm up will include mobility exercises and dynamic movements to prep your body. The plyometrics will feature different jumps, sprints, and throws to increase your upper body and lower body power for in-game athleticism. The strength exercises will include various movements to build full body strength to increase athleticism and protect your body. For some, there may include a conditioning portion depending on the need and part of the season.
When are you available to train?
I am available at the Adirondack Club on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Who do you work with?
I focus on basketball players who are hungry to improve and are looking for someone who can help guide them along on your journey to being the best player they can.
Maybe you felt like me when I was growing up, unsure of what to do to reach their goals. You feel forgotten amongst the group and failed by past coaches. Ultimately you feel lost. You have a passion for the game but aren’t seeing the results on the court. You are overwhelmed by the information and aren’t sure what you should do.
I will guide you on your path and help navigate all the roadblocks along the way.
What is your approach to training?
My approach is to look at you in a holistic manner. Evaluating all relevant aspects and see where we can have the biggest impact. I am looking to change things that will be sustainable long term as well. This could be the different physical aspects we can improve upon. It could be something outside of our training session. The ultimate goal is to have these changes integrate into your life and to have an actual impact so that you can reach your goals.
The different aspects in a session that could be addressed are your range of motion, strength, power, change of direction, speed, conditioning, body control, exercise execution, and much more. The areas that could have an impact outside include your sleep, nutrition, daily activity level, planning, etc.
What makes training with you different?
The biggest thing that separates me from others is my dedication.
I will do whatever it takes to help my client. I want to make sure we are making progress to achieve your goals. If I don’t know the answer I research through my trusted resources and consult my network to find the best approach to various problems. Each day I am looking to grow and improve as a coach through research, reflection, and experimentation.
Along with this extreme dedication, I have the educational background with my studies in exercise science and continuing education courses. I have the professional experience with my internships with some of the best coaches in the industry and working in various settings with different populations that presented many obstacles. I have the personal experience with my own sports career and continued experimentation with my own workouts.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
To receive a refund or to reschedule a session you must give 24 hours notice. Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances.
